Why families call us

Most people have never needed a bondsman before. That's fine. This is what we do all day.

You call, we answer. Within a few minutes you'll know where your person is being held, what the bail is, what it costs, and how fast they can be out. Here's what you can hold us to:

No judgment. An arrest doesn't make someone a bad person. We help, we don't lecture, and nothing you tell us leaves this office.

Straight answers. You get your exact quote up front, in writing, before you sign anything — and there are no surprise charges after.

Real speed. We start the paperwork on the first phone call, you sign from your phone, and we post the bond immediately. The only wait left after that is the jail's own processing.

We stay with you. The bond isn't the end. We track every court date and remind your family so nothing gets missed.

How it works

Four steps between now and them walking out.

1

Call or text (757) 751-0964

Tell us the name and, if you know it, the jail. We can find the rest, including the bail amount.

2

We handle the paperwork

You pay the bond premium — quoted exactly, up front — with payment plans if you need them. Signatures happen electronically from your phone.

3

We post the bond at the jail

Day or night, the moment bail is set. From there the jail runs its release process — we track it and keep you updated until they walk out.

4

We see the case through

Court date tracking and reminders until the case is over and the bond is released.

Questions

Quick answers about bail

How much does a bail bond cost in Virginia?
The premium is a percentage of the bail amount the court sets. Call with the name — we confirm the bail amount and give you your exact quote in minutes, in writing, before you sign anything. The premium is non-refundable, and we offer flexible payment plans to make it affordable.
How long does it take to get someone out of jail?
Our part is immediate — paperwork starts on your first call and we post the bond as soon as bail is set. The remaining wait is the jail running its own release process: city jails like Hampton and Newport News tend to move quickly, while regional jails like VPRJ can take longer on busy weekend nights. We stay on it until they walk out.
What information do I need to get a bail bond?
The defendant’s full name and date of birth, the jail they are held in, the charges (if known), and the bail amount (if set). Don’t have all of it? We can look the rest up. You will also need a valid ID and a payment method.
Do I get the bail bond money back?
The bond premium is non-refundable — it is the price of the service. If you instead post the full bail amount in cash directly with the court, that money is returned after the case concludes (minus court fees), as long as all court dates are met.
What happens if the defendant doesn’t show up to court?
A warrant is issued and the bail can be forfeited — the co-signer becomes responsible for the full bail amount. Contact us immediately if a court date is missed; acting fast can often resolve the situation before forfeiture.
Can anyone get a bail bond?
Most people can. It depends on the charges, criminal history, community ties, and flight risk. Some serious charges start with no bond until a judge holds a hearing. Call us and we will review your situation for free.
